H4 EAD Motion Reopen/Reconsider Pending and travelling to India

Hi ,

 

I have applied for H4 And H4 EAD in May along with my husband's 7th year extn of H-1B at Nebraska centre.

Later my husband changed his job and they filed his H1 and my H4 and didn't file my  H4 EAD since its based on i140. 

After couple of months , company "A" withdrew his h1 petition ,so my h4 and ead both got denied because i didn't had a valid H4 at the time of this denial(as per denial notice)

On the same day ,  company "B"  sponsored H1 and H4  got approved from Vermont center. 
 

Question:
1. Should I file my H4 EAD as new application or Can  I file motion to Reopen/ Motion to reconsider my denied H4 EAD as I have valid H4 approval from another center? 

2. Also, While my H4 EAD motion to reopen/motion to reconsider is Pending, Can I travel to India ? ( Filed motion to reopen today)

 

3. If I travel out of country, will it affect my EAD application ?
