santy1985 Posted November 2, 2017 Report Share Posted November 2, 2017 Hi, My I-140 RFE is due on 10/30. The response was sent through FedEx on 10/26 and delivered on 10/27. But when I checked the case status today, it says the RFE response was received on 11/01. Will this be a problem? Link to comment
