Hi,

I filled my H1 extension with a customer I have been working since last 2 years and signed SOW for another 3 yrs and I was able to get H1 extended until 2020 in April. But recently, I changed my customer before my company wanted to work on a critical project with another customer. The project is short- term until Feb and I am visiting India in Dec and have visa stamping. I was applying for LCA because the customer location is not the same MSA on my LCA (address mentioned is my employer and previous customer) but attorney says LCA might not get approved before Dec. What are my option if I don't file LCA? Again I have a drop off option but there is chance they can call me for interview.

1. Should I continue to use the name of my previous customer  if they ask and mention I work there?

or

2. Should I say I recently got a new project with another customer (I have the SOW, client letter) but I am working from my employer office for new customer. Because there LCA is required if new work location is not is same MSA. Again my new customer is 30 miles away from my employer office.

Is there any 3rd option. I am so confused please help. I cannot wait for LCA filling.

Thanks

Abhi
