adate Posted October 31, 2017 Report Share Posted October 31, 2017 My L1B visa is valid till Feb 2018, but I94 expired on Aug 2017 due to passport expired on Aug 2017. Got a new passport now. As per my employer immigration team, I am planning to go to home country & return back. Can be there any issues at port of entry while coming back. Any such cases recently ? Link to comment
