So Joined a company "Y" in first week July-2017, and started working as a contractor, the company "Y" filed for VISA transfer but still in November not got the approval yet. Now in October 2017 got an offer from company "Z", want to move to company "Z" now, if I say yes they will initiate the transfer in November. Kindly, advise is it OK to move to company "Z" in this situation. It is best I move to company "Z" for my career and visa situation. But can I do the H-1B transfer if another transfer is still pending ? Thanks for help.

spawn.ajr Posted November 2, 2017 Author Report Posted November 2, 2017 I can wait, but if I get an RFE from "Y", it will further delay the process, and now USCIS is taking long time to provide approval. I really do not want to miss out on the "Z" opportunity. This is once in a life time situation. Can company "Z" apply for Visa transfer based upon my paystubs of company "Y", I have just the receipt but not the approval. Thank You
