Till May 2017 - I was working with Company A. 20th May 2017 - Company B filed H1 transfer through normal processing. July 1st 2017 H1B revocation notice sent to Company A (most probably Company A requested the revocation). 1st H1B transfer got RFE. 1st August 2017 - 2nd H1B transfer request filed (due to project and client changed) by same Company B which is in "Case Received" status as of now. Due to this 1st transfer RFE was not responded. Please suggest if I am in legal working status? Also, is this fine to wait for my 2nd transfer approval?
