I have current Stamped Visa expires on Dec 31st 2017. I would like to know whether i can travel and come back on Dec 15th with current Stamped Visa.
NotAnAttorney Posted October 30, 2017 Report Posted October 30, 2017 Though technically it means that your visa is approved until Dec 31, there is a high chance of being at risk and it all depends on the POE officer. If I were in your situation I would better upgrade the petition to premium processing, and hope it gets approved, then get visa stamping in India.
