If you have problems with the employer, find another one. You can be unemployed up to 90 days on OPT.
saripalliharish Posted October 31, 2017 Author Report Posted October 31, 2017 I am Currently in STEM-Extension Do I need to showcase the Pay-Stubs Till My Un-Employment Period of 90 Days to USCIS and DSO? , and My Current Employer is not willing to generate Pay-Stubs ,May I will be in Trouble?,Please Advise on This.
