Following is my growth chart in my current organization. Feb 9, 2012: Joined as Technical Lead in India Apr 1, 2013: Promoted to Senior Technical Lead in India July 1, 2013: Re designated to Associate Technical Manager in India Jan 1, 2015: Promoted to Technical Manager in India Apr 25, 2015: Moved to USA on H1B as Technical Manager Jan 1, 2016: Promoted to Senior Technical Manager in USA My labor has been approved in 2016 in EB2 category and I got I140 in 2017. I want to know if I am eligible to upgrade my green card application to EB1 category based upon my managerial positions in India.
