Hi experts,

I am planning to go to Chennai for H1B stamping for the 1st time since entering US (overall 2nd time). I have approved H1b till 2019 but client project ends in April 2018 and then it maybe another client ( in EC model). I am thinking of getting H1B stamped now (sometime in Nov) since current client is good and will give a client letter. But will it be an issue if the client letter states that project ends in April 2018? Will VO ask me what my plans are after April, since there are only about 5 months left from the time of stamping?? Confused if I should go for stamping now... please suggest the right thing to do.

you should be ok my friend. you have enough time from now until April 2018. I would suggest you to go ahead and plan for H1 stamping.

we now have a whtsappgroup for H1 stamping in Canada. Please check your personal message

its bit tricky.....if every thing goes it is well unless VO dig around more and really look into your client letter to find a ground!!!

If possible then have a client letter mentioning the end date along with a statement " with possible extension". That's what I have received usually from my clients.
