Filed under Premium quota in April'17 (before USCIS stopped premium), now can we again upgrade the case into Premium? Is it worth to do? Appreciate for your quick response. Thanks.

NotAnAttorney Posted October 30, 2017 Report Posted October 30, 2017 I know many cases that were filed in the month of March 2017, and their check for premium processing was returned as USCIS was not able to take a decision within 15 calendar days. That should have happened in your case too. Anyways you can get those details from your employer/attorney and you may ask them to upgrade to premium processing now.
H1-KK Posted November 15, 2017 Report Posted November 15, 2017 Have you got any update on transfer? I am also in similar boat, only difference is mine is H1 extension, applied in March in PP, got RFE and responded and no update after that. Have your Employer / attorney contacted USCIS ?
