F1 to H1 conversion is denied

Hi All,

Kindly please assist me on this. My F1 to H1 conversion is denied. I have my opt period till 2018 Januaray and my H1B lottery is picked 2017 May and on october 2017 21 its is denied.

How to appeal this denial and options for me

The H1 is the employer's petition, so the employer would have to file an appeal. You can't do anything, except discussing this with the employer.

Also, you don't even say why it was denied. Kind of important...
