Expired Medicals : I-1693 resubmission before I-485 RFE

I have filed I-140 and I-485 concurrently under EB1C category. Currently my I-140 is approved and I am waiting for I-485 to be picked.

My Medicals (I-693) was filed before the new rule for Gonorrhea came into effect and my medicals are expired.

Can I proactively submit new medicals (I-693 with Gonorrhea test)  to USCIS even BEFORE the RFE is raised for I-485 for expired medicals. Please advise.

If I can submit the medicals proactively ,I would like to know the process and address to submit the new medicals.
