Help Required to choose H1 B exension or L1 A for EB1 Filing

Hi All,

    Hope some experts will be able to clarify and suggest me correct options to proceed.

1)Currently i am of H1b Extension in Us with Approved I 140 with PD as 2013 Dec on EB 3

2)I am a Senior manager within my organization at US

3)Planning to work from Canada for a Year (already visa approved) will working as Senior manager with same reportees.

4)My current H1 B  extension is expiring by Apr 2018

 

Question:

As i will be travelling to Canada and planning to return back to Us after an year should i get my H1b Extension  before i start? or it is good to file L1A from Canada.

Will be any difference in processing time for Eb1 applied in H1 B VS L1 A?

Since i have I 140 approved,can i initiate H1b extension from Canada even after the current H1 B expires(Apr 2018)
