If you claim that the preferred position is not entry level, but is more specialized or complex, submit evidence to demonstrate that the record contains a LCA that corresponds to the preferred position. Also, this is most confusing, "Please submit new LCA that was certified prior to filing, with a different wage designation and/or job code and title, that corresponds to the proffered position.If you submit new LCA, also provide explanation for the change". can someone advise how it's possible to apply new LCA that was certified prior to filing? I didn't have any update from my attorney so far what type of answer they have but , very curious to know what other folks has answered to above kind of RFEs please suggest.
nataraj007 Posted November 17, 2017 Report Posted November 17, 2017 I got my renewal denied for a similar reason, what they are expecting of you is to rescind your current application and do a new H1B Ext application with the right LCA so that LCA date <= New H1B ext Application date, read this guy's steps you might want to follow the same
