saiwelcomes Posted October 23, 2017 Report Posted October 23, 2017 Hi, My H1 extension is filed in premium processing on 10/11/2017. The case status has changed to approved on 10/21/2017. I just went to Canada on 10/21/2017 and returned back to US on next day (10/22/2017). What could be my valid i-94? I have not received the approval notice hard copy yet. Should the i-94 entering US on 10/22/2017 is going to be valid or the one on approved H1 extension copy (i-129)? Please suggest. Also, let me know if there is anyway to figure out which i-94 is active and valid. Thank you!!
