srinI24 Posted October 24, 2017 Report Posted October 24, 2017 L1A is a visa for managers and executives : 1) You need to convince the consular officer that you will be in a reasonably high position in the hierarchy ( "not team lead,project lead etc) 2) Your company will trust you with discretion of hiring and firing team members 3) your company and the team already exists at the time you are applying , which means proof of their paystubs etc could be asked. I would say, go to USCIS website and read L1A description. It is simple and complete
