DS 160 mistake

While filing DS-160, there was a question as
"Has anyone ever filed an immigrant petition on your behalf with the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services?"
To this I answered: "NO"
Since, I have an approved I140 should I have answered it as "YES"? And does this require filing a new DS-160.
Filing new DS-160 and changing it now - a) Should I call/email consulate request a swap now? OR b) Should I carry a new DS-160 and request to swap at Biometric appointment. OR c) Seems last option is to reschedule of appointment and the Mumbai consulate is pretty much booked for Nov - Dec, 2017.

Please guide.

You need to give YES.

If you didnot submit your DS 160 you can edit. If you submitted it you can approach the consulate and ask what to do. I had similar issue and I approached Vancouver consulate and they asked me to create new DS 160, submit it, and send them conformation page. I did it and they updated DS 160 page in my visa interview confirmation page. For this you need min 7 working days.

Option B is the right way.
