Approved I140 but In India since 2years

Hi,

I have an approved I140 in the year 2015.But am outside USA and currently in India since Jun2015. I have completed 4.5years with my H1B and still having 1.5years out of 6 years term. I would like to go back to USA now.So please advice me what are the options I have to go back to USA.

Can I go for a new employer on H1 transfer and still use my I140 approved with my previous employer.
