H1B amendment and H1B transfer

Hi all, 

I am in a situation where I have taken an internal transfer with employer A and as a result H1B amendment is being filed by employer A due to Job/location change . I have at this time also received an offer from Employer B, who will be filing a H1B transfer for me. At this time, I have a 1797 H1B approval for the next 3 years with Employer A, although my visa stamp is not current. 

1. Will there be any issues with H1B transfer while I have an ongoing H1B amendment petition. H1B transfer will likely be filed under premium processing and as a result might be adjudicated before the H1B amendment is. 

2. What will happen to the H1B amendment when it comes up for adjudication? If my H1B amendment is rejected/denied, would that affect my H1B transfer approval due to the last action rule?

3. Would the last action rule apply in this case? What are the scenarios
