AJP12 Posted October 18, 2017 Report Posted October 18, 2017 Hi, I was in CA on my L1B for 9 month then my L1B Amendment was filed in June 2017 for MN state for new client. I got RFE whose response will be filed on 31-Oct. I am traveling to India for 3 weeks in Nov. Is it advisable to travel in back as I have valid visa? Do I need to travel to CA first tough amendment is filed or I can travel to MN with amendment receipt? Kindly advice as soon as possible. Thanks.
