Multiple times US visa rejected, Now applying H4 visa: chances of Approval

Hi all, 

i have applied for F1 visa for the first time in November 2015 and since it has been rejected for five times till January 2017. Then I tried for visitor visa as my brother stays in the USA. Luck was not in my fate hence b2 visitor visa was also rejected for me. 

Finally I am getting married to an NRI now who stays in the USA, he has been staying there since 9 years and has approved I-140 and all other required documents. We are getting married in November and planning to go for h4visa in late December. What are my chances of approval/rejection.

If the marriage is genuine and there is no reason to believe otherwise, it would depend on his valid H1 status and credibility. What college were you trying to get admitted to?

H4 depends on H1. If his H1 has no issues then your H4 will be approved.

There are very less chances of H4 getting rejected.
