Maneesh6
Hello, I came to US in Oct 2011 on L1A. My L1A visa expired in Oct 2014 but I had extended I-94 till May 2016. So I stayed on L1A till Sep 2015 and then moved to H1B from Oct 1, 2015. I have I-140 approved now with H1B petition till 2020 I had gone to India in May 2013 (while I was on L1) and since then haven't gone. Planning to visit India next month and get my first H1B stamping done. Can there be any issues? (since I moved from L1 to H1, was on I-94 for a long time and not been to India in 4.5 years) I have all my H1B documents (client letter, approved petition etc.) Any advices for the Visa interview would be appreciated Link to comment
