arunj2ee Posted October 16, 2017 Report Posted October 16, 2017 Status Until Jul 10th 2017 Employer: A H1 Status: I94 and H1 was active till Sep 2018. Revoked in Aug 2017. Green Card status: I 140 Approved Current Status (or status after Jul 10th) Employer: B H1 Status: Applied and received RFE. Regular PRocessing. Nov 29 response deadline Green Card: No Labor initiated yet. in the above situation, if I want to go back to employer A, Can Employer A file a fresh petition in premium processing and get an H1 approval so that i can go and work for them? Is this still considered bridge since the I194 is not expired? If Employer A petition is approved, should i have to leave the country, get a visa stamp and re-enter?
