SumitSDF Posted October 16, 2017 Report Posted October 16, 2017 Hi My H-4 visa and EAD is expiring on 14-Dec, spouse H1-B visa is valid till Aug' 2018. I have applied for H-4 visa extension (USCIS case received date: May-17) and H-4 EAD Renewal (USCIS Case received date Aug-20) in parallel. Can someone help to answer below questions ? - Can I leave the country (visit India / Canada) before 14-Dec for few days and get my H-4 visa stamping ? - Any way to expedite H-4 Visa extension ?
