Ruchi123 Posted October 16, 2017 Report Posted October 16, 2017 I have my current H1b till Dec 2017 and have applied for H1 extn and got it approved from Jan 2018 till Dec 2020. I am planning to travel to India in Nov 2017. While filing my DS-160 should i give my current H1 or approved new H1? Also if i travel in Nov and go for stamping, will i get stamping till Dec 2017 or Dec 2020?
h1visa_stamping Posted October 16, 2017 Report Posted October 16, 2017 You should enter your approved new H1 Number. I have been in this situation few years back and I have entered the new one only as you are going to get the stamping for New H1 and till new H1 get expire.
