H4 da-160 application siblings last name issue

I am in USA since 2012 and my I 140 is in process. I have an situation where my sister is appearing for H4 stamping on here husband h1b. Now, on ds160 family information page, she should add my name under sibling. But. There is spelling differences in our last name on paper (char 'a' extra on her last name then me). In this case, Is it ok to add my information or she can say NO siblings in USA. Please help!
