Hi,

Last month I got I140 approval with some X company. After that I joined to some Y company and now I want to apply for H4 EAD to my wife. But I have a doubt is there any possibility to get RFE if you have X company I140 and Y company 1797? And do we need to submit any extra documentation for stating this.?  

Can some one please clarify my doubt?
