sharath Gunturu Posted October 13, 2017 Report Posted October 13, 2017 My H1B got approved with Employer A which is located in California with Client A which is located in Kansas, But know my client has been changed to B located in California without change of Employer A. I am planning to go for VISA Stamping on Client B, So Can you please help me on what is the process to be followed before I go for VISA Stamping? how long doesn't take for the process?

JoeF Posted October 14, 2017 Report Posted October 14, 2017 The employer needs to file a new LCA for the new location and amend the H1. Does the employer not have a lawyer? Any immigration lawyer could have told him this.
