raghukraman Posted October 12, 2017 Report Posted October 12, 2017 I have gone for visa stamping in Chennai and the Visa is valid from Jan 10th, 2017 to May 31st , 2019. I came to US on H1b visa on Feb 25th, 2017.When i enter in US, the immigration has given me date(Stamped) on my passport till June10th, 2019. After 2 months, I got promotion , my company have applied for role change amendment. I got RFE on my Role Change Amendment on august 21st, and need to respond within a weeks time. Suppose if my H1b Role Change Amendment gets rejected, will it affect my h1b? Should i go back or will the status be valid till May 31st, 2019.
