Raghuram_123 Posted October 11, 2017 Report Posted October 11, 2017 Hello Team, Need a suggestion, I have my current extension & amendment is filed and in process and my visa and i94 is expired along with i797A i am residing in USA with the receipt of the extension & amendment. Now the client said that they no longer have any requirement so i have found a new client with the same employer, can i file an amendment when the existing extension & amendment is in process with my current visa and i94 expired.
