AJS_CS Posted October 11, 2017 Report Posted October 11, 2017 Hi My spouse had a expired EAD card with a USCIS number that matches the I-797 form. I submitted my I-485 application & it is approved (employment based EB1A), I140 approved - Feb 2017; I485 filed - March 2017; EAD/AP card received - May 2017; Green card received - Oct 2017; I noticed that my spouse green card had a different USCIS number (xxx-xxx-xx8). I went back and checked the EAD/AP card and it also has the different number (xxx-xxx-xx8). Please advise me, what I should do?; whether i should contact the USCIS and correct the USCIS number in my spouse's green card? Thanks

Thanks Different A# (USCIS Number or Alien Identification Number) from yours? As each individual is assigned a unique A# (Alien Identification Number) so your spouse is bound to have a different A# than yours.
