H1B denial After pick up under master-cap from unaccredited university

Hi i completed my masters in computer science in 2016 march from ACICS accreditation university where i completed my masters when the university having accreditation . I applied my h1b through masters cap and it got picked up 2017 april 18th After the RFe about the university they denied stating that department of education website doesn't have the accreditation status  of the university how can i appeal this if i appeal the decision is there any chance of approval who is eligible for  master cap and what type of universities is ???.Is university accreditation is different from each course accreditation
