bnetra Posted October 10, 2017 Report Posted October 10, 2017 Hi, Can I transfer my H1B to another company (Company B) when my H1B Amendment petition (filed for change in client and location) with Company A has got into RFE? Currently the RFE is being replied by my company (Company A) Attorney. Do I need to inform Company B about the RFE? Thanks. BNetra
NotAnAttorney Posted October 10, 2017 Report Posted October 10, 2017 New company filing H1B for you got nothing to do with the RFE. They can still file H1B for you and letting them know about the RFE is not necessary.
