I 140 Approved but in India

Hi , 

I had my I 140 approved and the priority date is 15-Nov-2006. Due to personal reasons I am in India with family now.  My H1 B is non-cap. When can I travel to US with family and file I485 and how long it will take to complete the GC process ?
