amanbehl Posted October 10, 2017 Report Posted October 10, 2017 My employer has filed for my I-140 and it got approved as well. My employer is not giving me I-140 Receipt Number for I-140 approval. He has filed for my wife's EAD and we have received that. I also have PERM approval notice. 1. Card# on H4 EAD correspond to I-140 receipt number? 2. USCIS# on H4 EAD correspond to H1B beneficiary Alien number (A#)? Is there any way i can get my I-140 approval receipt number?
