My employer Y filed h1b amendment with company X's location and it is still under process. Now company X(client) wants to hire me as Full time employee and would like to process my H1b transfer. Also my employer is running paychecks with my previous state's address. Will there be any issues for H1b transfer to company X if i submit paychecks running on different state? Does it matter? Could someone please suggest ?
