Employer B says that I should receive it in another 10 days. I have got a new offer with Company C who are ready to do file my H1B. My question here is, while my H1B petition with Company B is in the process, can I still do the H1B transfer to Company C? Link to comment
copco Posted October 9, 2017 Report Share Posted October 9, 2017 Yes you can. H-1B transfer is actually a misnomer. What actually happens is Companies B and C file a new cap exempt H-1B petition for you using your approved petition from Company A. The 2 petitions will be independent of each other. Link to comment
