LCA SOC Code 15-1121 , SOC Computer Systems Analyst

Has anyone got H1 approval recently with SOC code 15-1121 , and SOC description , Computer Systems Analyst in LCA/H1 petition? I see that BLS has following description which says that this does not necessarily requires a Bachelor degree in engineering or so excluding from Specialty occupation  ? Is this apply to wage level 1 or to senior roles as well ?
