H1b Rejection with a valid L1A status

Hi,

I am on a fresh L1A since jan 2017.
I have applied for H1B through a different employer and i got selected in the lottery.
So, after that i got an RFE and we have responded.
Again, i moved it to premium procesing.
Now i got a 2nd RFE.
Anyways, we will be responding
But my question is, if suppose my H1B is rejected, will it affect my L1A status. Should i have to go back to my country.
Please help me understand this situation.
