akashz Posted October 7, 2017 Report Posted October 7, 2017 Hi, I am on H1B and my current H1B expired on June 2017. We have applied for extension and received RFE that we plan to reply by Oct end. My wife is on H1 and her visa, expires on Nov 10 2017. Can my wife apply for H4 visa, when my visa is in RFE? Can we also file for H4 EAD (since I have I- 140 approved). Her visa is not being extended.
