H4 spouse coming with parents on visitor visa

Hello, my wife is filing her DS-160 form to get H4 visa. I need some help in getting the 'other people traveling with you' section right.

My in-laws, who have valid visitor visa, are coming to the US with my wife. So in her DS-160 form, should their names be mentioned?
