Babu_17 Posted October 6, 2017 Report Posted October 6, 2017 Hello, I am planning to go for visa stamping - my LCA is having salary of $abcde and I got a raise for my good work, in DS-160 which salary I need to mention either old or new salary number. And I got known in order to change my LCA I have to file amendment again is this correct ? I request if someone gone through same situation can you help me.

Yes, you need to file amendment.
rohit369 Posted October 6, 2017 Report Posted October 6, 2017 As far as your current salary is greater than what is mentioned on LCA, then you are good. The salary mentioned on LCA is the minimum wage that has to be paid.
