H1B Approval From Future Employer

Need your advice for my situation. I was currently in OPT and that expires in June 2018. My current employer and employer X (future employment) had filed me H1B application in current year CAP. Both of them got RFE and they had submitted response. Company X had got an approval today and current employer Response is still in Processing.

I’m more willingly to continue with my current employer if he got approval for my petition, so i requested them to submit Premium Processing Request asap.

Do I have a grace period to move to employer X, so that in mean time if I got approval from my current employer I can continue with him or if not I can move to employer X. Need some advice on this. Your response would be helpful.

You are in H1 status now, and you have to stop working for your current employer.
