I have 3 years bachelors degree back in India and is working in IT field for the last 16 yrs. I am working as a consultant and is working for the same client for the past 4 years (Employer-->Prime Vendor --> End Client). Currently I am planning to go to India on vacation. Worried since I have bought a house here. In case visa is rejected, will I be able to come to US in Business Visa to sell off my house? Can anyone please help me with this? Thanks!
Samrat Ragav Posted October 10, 2017 Report Posted October 10, 2017 Common man..you did not do any crime by doing 3yr degree:-) They have evaluated and gave you a H1b visa in past. That should not be a cause to reject your visa.Be honest at your answers and do not think too much! You are educated and completed a 3yr degree where most of them are equal to 4yr technical degrees. Also, you have enough years of experience in your pocket to support your skill! which is equal or more than a person holding 4yr degree!
