Could you please help me to confirm this information about H1 B Visa, Does system allow me to submit H1B from two different employers?

If yes, then What if I got selected in the lottery from both employers? 

Does system reject my both application? or system allows me to process anyone employer?

Yes. 2 different employers can file H1B for the same person. If both are selected in the lottery, both will be processed separately. You can work for any one of them.

You don't submit anything, H1 petitions are filed by employers.

Multiple employers can file H1s for the same person, but there is a high risk of RFEs, due to suspicion that the beneficiary paid for the H1s. After all, no sane employer would spend the money for an H1 petition if the employer doesn't have a reasonable expectation that the person actually is going to start working for the employer.
