Based on receipt number I have joined company B few month before and got RFE my attorney stared working on the same. Same time I got offer from Company C and they read to do my H1B transfer and extension on Premium Processing. I really interested joining company C. Meanwhile company A started revoking old I797. In that case can i use my company A I 94 which valid till next year Jan to transfer from A --> C. Leaving B. is that valid ? please confirm.

pontevecchio Posted December 5, 2017 Report Posted December 5, 2017 Revocation is legally required. It does not affect you. The so called "bridge" does not apply here. A simple matter in any case to go the consular route .
