GovindhV Posted October 4, 2017 Report Posted October 4, 2017 Hi, I converted my H-1B VISA to L-1A in February 2017. I received approval notice along with I-94 card. But my dependents received only receipt notice. It’s been 8 months now and they have not got approval notice yet. Is 240 days stay applicable to dependents as well?
