Kalaignar Selvakumar Posted October 4, 2017 Report Posted October 4, 2017 My I94 and stamped H1B Visa is valid till Apr 2019. I have filled H1b transfer petition in July'2017 under normal processing (as PP was not available at that time). Now the status is RFE. What will happen if my transfer has been denied. Should i need to leave the country immediately or looks for another one employer for filling the transfer as my I94 is valid for another two years. Also can a new employer file H1B transfer for me now? if yes, any concerns / issues with the existing Transfer? Will me and my family members will become out of status, if a new employer files transfer petition for me now?
