H1 to H4

Hi All,

Need help with moving from H1B to H4.

March 2016 - Applied for H4 renewal and H4EAD.

April 2016 - Applied for H1B

July 2016 - I got H4 EAD approved and H4 till 2019.

Oct 2016 - Got H1 approved with Change of Status and started working.

I want to move from H1B to H4. Questions :

1. If I go for H4 Stamping. Is that sufficient to get be back to H4 status ?

2. Will my H4 EAD (received in April 2016, valid till 2019) still be valid or I will need to re-apply for H4 EAD ? As I changed my status to H1B in Oct 2016.
